Every engagement is a fixed fee, with no hourly billing. Your quote is based on transaction volume, entity count, systems, cleanup needs, and reporting complexity. Historical cleanup is always scoped and approved separately, never buried in the monthly fee.
One-Time Project

Behind on your books? Start with a catch-up.

Months or years behind, we rebuild and reconcile your books for a fixed project fee, then you decide whether to keep them current with one of the plans above. No obligation to continue.

Common Questions

FAQ

Which service level is right for me?

Outsourced Accounting if you need dependable books and a reliable close. Controller Services if you need someone owning the finance function and reviewing performance with you monthly. Fractional CFO if you're making forward-looking decisions like raising capital, hiring, or pricing. Not sure? That's what the free consultation is for.

Can I change service levels later?

Yes. You can move up as your business grows without switching providers or re-explaining your business. That's why Bindery is built in three levels.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Pricing is transparent with no hidden add-ons: a fixed monthly fee, a one-time implementation fee, and, only if you need it, a separately scoped catch-up cleanup. All of it is in your written proposal before you commit.

What does the implementation fee cover?

Setting up and connecting your systems, structuring your chart of accounts for your industry, and light initial cleanup before your first close. If your books need more than that, the cleanup is scoped separately, in writing, before it starts.

Who will be working on my account?

Bindery was founded by Gina, a finance leader with 15+ years across public accounting, industry, and entrepreneurship. She started her career at Deloitte, held senior finance roles inside growing companies, and built and sold her own business. Every engagement is senior-led, not outsourced to unnamed contractors.
